Founding of Immo Belgium
Immo Belgium is established at Stationsstraat 33 in De Haan by its inspirers Frank van Wijk and Marc Vanierschot.
In July 1983 the Immo Belgium office in De Haan was opened. A flying start for the real estate company, because less than three years later the Blankenberge office was also a reality. Over the years, Immo Belgium has continued to grow and innovate with a view to maintaining a strong local base.
Whereas in the early stages we focused more on the resale and holiday rental market, the sale of new apartments and our role as trustee also play an important role in our activities today. We have built up a very extensive customer base with a diverse portfolio in sales and rentals. From spacious villas and flats to holiday homes and studios.
